Ingredients

90 ml (3 oz) Prosecco
60 ml (2 oz) Aperol
30 ml (1oz) Soda water
2 dashes Australian Bitters Co Orange Bitters

Method

Fill a large wine glass with ice, add ingredients in order: Prosecco → Aperol → soda, stir gently, dash Australian Bitters Co Orange Bitters.
