Dry Martini
Ingredients
- 60 ml / 2 oz Gin
- 10 ml / 0.3 oz Dry Vermouth
- 2 dashes Australian Bitters Co. Orange Bitters
- Ice
Method
- Fill cocktail shaker ½ full with ice.
- Measure gin into shaker.
- Measure dry vermouth into shaker.
- Dash bitters into shaker.
- Shake well and strain into glass.
Garnish
- Orange Peel Twist
- Olives (optional)
