Ingredients

  • 60 ml (2 oz) Gin
  • 10 ml (0.3 oz) Dry Vermouth
  • 2 dashes Australian Bitters Co. Orange Bitters
  • Ice

Method

  1. Fill cocktail shaker ½ full with ice.
  2. Measure gin into shaker.
  3. Measure dry vermouth into shaker.
  4. Dash Australian Bitters Co. Orange Bitters into shaker.
  5. Shake well and strain into glass.

Garnish

  • Orange Peel Twist
  • Olives (optional)
