Singapore Sling
Ingredients
- 30ml (1 oz) gin
- 15ml (0.5 oz) cherry liqueur (such as Cherry Heering)
- 7.5ml (0.25 oz) Cointreau
- 7.5ml (0.25 oz) Bénédictine
- 10ml (0.3 oz) grenadine
- 10ml (0.3 oz) fresh lime juice
- 60ml (2 oz) pineapple juice
- A dash of Australian Bitters Co Aromatic Bitters
- Ice
Method
- Add all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain into glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a cherry.
