Singapore Sling
Ingredients
- 30ml / 1 oz gin
- 15ml / 0.5 oz cherry liqueur (such as Cherry Heering)
- 7.5ml / 0.25 oz Cointreau
- 7.5ml / 0.25 oz Bénédictine
- 10ml / 0.3 oz grenadine
- 10ml / 0.3 oz fresh lime juice
- 60ml (2 oz) pineapple juice
- A dash of Australian Bitters Co Aromatic Bitters
- Ice
Method
- Add all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain into glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a cherry.
