OZ'ER Old Fashioned

The OZ’ER Old Fashioned, classic but with an Aussie twist. Australian Orange Bitters bring depth to your holiday table - two dashes, endless dimension.

Ingredients

10 ml (0.3 oz) elderflower cordial
50 ml (1.6 oz) whiskey
2 dashes Australian Bitters Co. Orange Bitters
Ice Cube (Rough Cut)

Method

Place rough cut block ice into glass.
Measure whiskey into glass.
Measure Elderflower cordial into glass.
Dash Australian Bitters Co. Orange Bitters into glass.
Stir the liquid and ice in the glass.
Spritz lemon zest over the top and place lemon peel into the glass
