Ingredients

30 ml (1 oz) rosé wine
30 ml (1 oz) elderflower liqueur
90 ml (3 oz) sparkling water
3 dashes Australian Bitters Co. Aromatic Bitters

Method

Fill glass with ice.
Add ingredients in order: Rosé wine → Elderflower liqueur → sparkling water.
Stir gently.
Add 3 dashes of Australian Bitters Co. Aromatic Bitters
